In addition to working in many beautiful event venues, our firm also specializes in farm and tented weddings, creating a custom venue for your special day.

While in-house floral design, details & decor are our passions, the logistics, timeline management, and execution of each event are key to what sets a Refined Social event apart from just another "pretty party."

Full service planning packages include:

• Location + Venue Selection
• Creativity/Integration across all facets - design, music, food, branding, rentals, etc...
• Ensures client's vision is upheld throughout planning
• Vendor recommendations, management + primary contact
• Tent Consultations + Management of all off-site rentals/power distribution
• Detailed Budget planning + management of contracts
• Coordination of paper product design, productions + assembly
• Prepare weekend timeline + manage flow/orchestration of all details
• Logistical management of vendor load-in, production + load-out including entertainment
• On-site event management from initial setup to final cleanup
• Orchestration of rehearsal + ceremony (includes additional assistant day of wedding)
• Manage transportation/valet needs + hotel room blocks
• Includes all communications via phone, email, or in person between booking + wedding date
• Includes 20% discount on Canvas Event Furniture Rentals (our sister company)

As designers, our job is to understand your sense of style, then create a curated environment rich in details & unexpected moments to create that vision for you & your guests.

• Create concept development + stylized visuals/storyboards/sketches
• Scaled layouts + custom designed floor plans for seamless design plan
• In house specialty floral + tabletop design
• Graphic design + personalized branding elements
• Lighting design + coordination, including custom light fixtures
• Draping, linens + furnishing - lounges, bars, banquettes, dining tables
• Custom props + pieces
• Access to our in house exclusive design inventory

• Custom planning packages are available for those couples who might not need full-service planning services
• Month of planning packages are also available for select dates (services start 6 weeks prior to wedding date)
• Partial planning packages begin at $2,750.00
