• Managing the planning process + on-site event management/execution
• Creativity/Integration across all facets - design, music, food, branding, etc...
• Ensuring client's vision is upheld throughout planning
• Vendor selection, management + primary contact
• Budget planning + management
• Coordination of paper product design, production + assembly
• Logistical management of vendor load-in, product + load-out
• Prepare timeline + manage flow/orchestration of all details
• Includes all communications via phone, email, or in person between booking + event date
