We are a full-service event planning & design firm with a solid reputation for creating trendsetting events & delivering inspired experiences tailored to each client & their guest list.

Our firm has been inspiring the event industry in Lexington, Kentucky and surrounding markets for over 28 years {formerly All Occasions Event Productions}.  We provide planning & design services for an array of events including corporate, private, weddings, equine & fundraisers.

From a dinner party for 8 to corporate events for 2,500+ guests, each event is a new inspiration for our talented team.  Our professional team offers expertise throughout the entire phase of each event ensuring your event reflects you and your style in every aspect.

While in-house floral design, details & décor are our true passions, the logistics, timeline management, and execution of each event are key to what sets a Refined Social event apart from just another “pretty party.”

We have been featured in both local and international publications.  These accolades include being named as one of the top 3 finalists in event design categories for 3 consecutive years by The Special Events Gala Awards, as well as numerous features on Style Me Pretty, The Knot, Kentucky Bride, and InStyle Magazine.

Most of our work is in the Kentucky area, but we’ve been fortunate to be a part of destination weddings ranging from Biltmore Estate to Costa Rica and Florida to California and many areas in between. We would love to speak with you about your event even if passports are required!

We offer event design packages separate from planning services as we know some clients might already have another planner & we are passionate about having the opportunity to create something new- always pushing the creative envelope for each client.
